Impressive huh? But let's be honest,
for a small business or charities they're just too technical.
You just want to know how to do stuff you can't and why you can't
do stuff you want to. And I realise that. So forget all that, what
you need is joined up IT.
So what is joined up IT?
Well, glad you asked. Joined up
IT is for people who know they want to do something specific, don't
much care what it is called, but want someone to tell them in English.
So rather than you telling me exactly want you want, we
get to talk
about your
IT
situation and
change what needs changing. Some company's call that consultation.
I call it talking.
Now I'm a nice guy, but I still
need to make a living, so there are costs involved. But you'll be
told what they are up front, and when you have a 'whilst you are here
could you just...' moment, I'll let you know what that will add to
the bill. I don't like nasty surprises, and I'm pretty sure you don't
